24th FEB: A DIG-
Lindacres Nature Trail Project NEWS
Methwold Hythe saw a lot of activity on the 24th of Feb when the wonderful project established by Linda & Phil Ashman took another step forward:
Lindacres Nature Trail was granted over 100 trees free from the Woodland Trust
to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. To assist in the task of planting they
organised for some 16 children from the Duchy of Lancaster Methwold Primary School
to help. With instruction from several adults from our community the mammoth DIG-
Lindacres are organising more projects with the School in the near future to help educate our children about the environment in which they live.
WELL DONE EVERYONE!
